Dataset

Description: A collection of raw open source data available online, that can be reused (re-analysed) by another person or organisation

Examples of online research data archives include Australia National Data Service (ANDS) and Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR).

Notes

  • A dataset citation includes all of the same components as any other citation.
  • The publisher is often the archive where it is housed.
